Terms and Conditions

In these Terms, references to 'member' shall mean the end user accessing the website/platform and its contents. The term 'member' also includes individuals such as father, mother, brother, sister, relative, or friend ('Registrant/Proposer') of the prospective bride/bridegroom. The terms 'You' and 'User' shall be used interchangeably to refer to 'the member'.

1. Eligibility

  1. To register as a Member, you must be legally competent and of legal marriageable age as per the laws of India (currently, 18 years or older for females and 21 years or older for males).
  2. This website and app are intended solely to facilitate personal advertisements for lawful marriage alliances between individuals who are legally competent to marry under their respective laws. Membership in the Service is void where prohibited by applicable law.
  3. By using this platform, you represent and warrant that you have the right, consent, authority, and legal capacity to enter into this Agreement; submit relevant information to us; and that you are not prohibited or prevented by any applicable law, court order, or decree from entering into matrimony.

2. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (member ID and password) provided by the admin. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

3. Term and Termination

  1. This Agreement remains effective as long as you use our website or app.
  2. You may request to terminate your membership at any time by contacting the admin.
  3. The service provider may terminate your access for reasons including, but not limited to, violating terms of use, misusing services, or inappropriate behavior.
  4. Sections 3 to 12 shall remain effective even after termination. Termination does not relieve you of obligations arising prior to it.

4. Non-Commercial Use

This platform is for personal use only. Commercial use, promotion, or solicitation is strictly prohibited and may result in suspension or legal action.

5. Other Terms of Use

  1. You are responsible for verifying the details of profiles before proceeding. We do not verify user-submitted data.
  2. Only one profile per individual is allowed.
  3. If married or no longer interested, inform the admin or delete your profile. Inactive profiles may be deactivated.
  4. If you’re submitting someone else’s profile, you confirm you have their consent. Impersonation is a crime.
  5. Keep your profile information up to date at all times.
  6. Contact details must only be entered in fields specifically designated for them.
  7. We are not responsible for any interaction between users via chat, email, or phone. We will not mediate disputes between users.

6. Content Posted on the Platform

  1. You grant us the right to use, display, and distribute content you post, including your contact details, as required to run the platform.
  2. You must use the service in accordance with all applicable laws and regulations.

7. Disclaimers

  1. We are not responsible for inaccurate information posted by users.
  2. We are not liable for any service disruptions, hacking, or unauthorized access.
  3. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or cybercrime caused by use of the platform.
  4. You use the service at your own risk. No guarantees are made regarding outcomes or matches.

8. No Liability

This platform facilitates profile management and matchmaking through the admin. We do not accept liability for financial, reputational, or personal loss. You agree not to hold us liable for any damages arising from your use of the service.

9. Jurisdiction

All legal disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, India and governed by Indian law.

10. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold the service provider and its agents harmless from any claim, loss, or damage arising from your use of the service or breach of these terms.

11. Confidentiality

Feedback provided to the service provider shall be deemed non-confidential. We may use feedback without obligation or compensation.

12. Other

  1. This agreement is the complete understanding between you and the service provider.
  2. By using this platform, you confirm you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not register.
  3. We may update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.
